Shipping Information


We process and ship your order promptly, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. If a product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of any delay. Your credit card is never charged until your order is shipped.

Standard Ground Delivery

We ship using UPS Standard Ground Delivery. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days*.

Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery

We also offer next day and 2nd day delivery options. For rates or to place an order for Next Day or 2nd Day delivery, please contact us by phone.

PO Box Addresses

All orders shipped to PO Box addresses must be shipped using the US Postal Service. If you require delivery to a PO Box address, please contact us via email or phone for assistance in ordering. Thank you.

Shipping Outside of the US

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Return Policy

Natále wants you to be 100% satisfied with your product purchase. We make every effort to ensure this by providing a quality product, by processing and shipping your order promptly, and by providing the highest quality customer care. If there has been an error in your order we will gladly exchange the incorrect item. Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have already been opened and are not in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
