Return Policy
Natále wants you to be 100% satisfied with your
product purchase. We make every effort to ensure this
by providing a quality product, by processing and shipping

customer care. If there has been an error in your order
we will gladly exchange the incorrect item. Please note
that we cannot accept returns of items that have already
been opened and are not in their original packaging. Returns
